Blue Moon Facilities

The First Floor

The main floor of the Blue Moon Restaurant in downtown DeLeon, Texas, is a unique dining experience. From the restored and running (!!!) 1921 Ford converted to a salad bar to the unique murals recapping the town's history, to the brands of local cattlemen and ranchers burned into wooden panels, diners can always find something of interest.

The main floor dining room of the Blue Moon will seat 200 people and can be rented for large parties on nights when the restaurant is not open. Any type food service can be made available.

Arranged around the room are a series of murals depicting the area's history, from the time of the Comanche Indians' sovereignty, through the first settlers and the coming of the railroad, to the heyday of the '40s.

A series of custom-made wagonwheel chandeliers echo the murals' subjects and lend ambiance to the spacious first floor.
